Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Agentic AI Developer with 1–3 years of experience to build productivity solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents. This role is ideal for candidates with strong software fundamentals in Python, C#, or JavaScript who have basic exposure to Generative AI but do not require extensive prior professional AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Search, and Function Calling.
• Create autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning through tasks and invoking enterprise APIs.
• Build production-quality code integrating REST APIs with SaaS platforms like Microsoft Azure OpenAI or LangChain.
• Develop reusable components for document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and response evaluation to ensure accuracy in knowledge retrieval.

Mandatory Skills

Languages: Python (preferred), C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Fundamentals: OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, SQL, Git, REST APIs.
