Agentic AI Developer

Capgemini is actively seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join our innovative team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with opportunities available in Noida, Hyderabad, and Pune.

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex tasks to achieve defined goals. This position requires a strong blend of expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced orchestration frameworks to build sophisticated systems that demonstrate dynamic, goal-driven behavior beyond static responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge autonomous agents utilizing popular frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI, focusing on iterative planning, reasoning, and task execution.
• Integrate and fine-tune various Large Language Models (LLMs), including but not limited to GPT, Claude, and LLaMA, for integration into agentic workflows. This includes advanced prompt engineering and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Design and build collaborative multi-agent systems where agents can effectively delegate tasks, communicate, and adapt their strategies based on real-time feedback and environmental changes.
• Empower AI agents to autonomously interact with external systems, including APIs, databases, and web applications, to perform actions and gather information.
• Leverage monitoring tools like LangSmith, Grafana, and Splunk to meticulously track agent behavior, assess performance metrics, and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, solutions architects, and product management teams to ensure that agentic solutions are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Python (mandatory), JavaScript, C# (optional)
• AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Hugging Face Transformers
• LLMs: Experience with models such as GPT-4, GPT-4o, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini.
• Vector Databases: Proficiency with FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure (OpenAI, ML Studio), AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), and GCP (Vertex AI).
• DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with LangSmith, Grafana, Splunk.
• Web Development: Knowledge of Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask for UI/API development.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 6 years in AI/ML development, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on Generative AI or Agentic AI development.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of autonomous systems, planning algorithms, and multi-agent coordination principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaborative abilities are essential.
