About the Job

The Agency Partnership team at TikTok is focused on building enduring collaborations with agencies and brands across Europe. The goal is to educate them on the commercial possibilities within the TikTok ecosystem, highlighting our innovative, high-impact, and engaging advertising products that offer a native user experience and foster deep connections with our agency partners.

Responsibilities

Revenue Partnership

  • Establish and manage client relationships with network media agencies.
  • Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy.
  • Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always-on opportunities for clients.
  • Manage bid optimization, budget, and pacing.
  • Build a healthy revenue pipeline, retaining and growing revenue from advertisers.
  • Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams including product, marketing, legal, and engineering.

Campaign Planning and Management

  • Conduct campaign health checks to ensure setup and performance align with best practices and exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets.
  • Facilitate client ad campaigns from initiation to completion.
  • Manage internal account operations, including account setup.
  • Conduct live platform demonstrations.
  • Plan and construct compelling narratives and data-driven presentations tailored to clients' specific business needs and challenges.

Product Management

  • Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to achieve measurable client results.
  • Serve as an external TikTok product consultant.
  • Analyze data and extract insights to execute client strategies and TikTok's marketing solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in ad sales marketing and development, or a related sales support function.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics.
  • Experience working with Network media agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and insight delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for social media and the technologies supporting online/mobile advertising operations (ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, third-party ad tags).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Confident communicator, skilled in organizing and processing information from multiple parties during campaign setup.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
