About the Team: The Debt Management team ensures timely recovery of outstanding dues by designing efficient collection strategies. They balance customer experience with recovery effectiveness using data-driven insights to minimize delinquencies in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana.
About the Role: As an Agency Debt Manager at Navi, you will oversee third-party collection agencies to drive effective recovery while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will set up agency networks, guide field teams to meet targets through data analysis, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to fair collection practices under Telugu and English.
What We Expect:
- Manage regional agency partners for collections.
- Plan recovery strategies and motivate agencies against monthly goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and drive results.
