The Debt Management team ensures timely recovery of outstanding dues by designing efficient collection strategies across channels to minimize delinquencies. The team balances customer experience with recovery effectiveness using data-driven insights.
About the Role
As an Agency Debt Manager, you will oversee third-party collection agencies to drive effective recoveries while maintaining compliance. Key responsibilities include managing agency networks for your region, planning execution strategies, guiding field teams to meet targets, analyzing performance data, conducting regular audits of agents and end-agents, ensuring adherence to codes of conduct/legal guidelines, and generating operational insights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Business/Sales/Ops/Collection leader (Tech-first startup or top FMCG preferred).
- Vendor management expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and local language proficiency in Malayalam and English required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and collaborative leadership style.
