Agency / Bancassurance Manager Life...

We are seeking an experienced Agency / Bancassurance Manager to drive growth within the partner organization's Banca channel. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge in Life & Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead initiatives for increased penetration of Health Insurance among partner employees and third-party product portfolios.
• Act as a Knowledge Center to support the bank sales team with training and resources.
• Analyze execution gaps in current selling strategies to improve performance.
• Pursue assigned geographies and partners to ensure consistent target achievement.

Profile:

Candidate must have a proven track record within the insurance industry, specifically with experience managing bancassurance channels through engagement and reward (R&R) initiatives.
