Aesthetic manager

1. Interact with and monitor the progress of all clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales for Aesthetic services.
2. Counsel all clients effectively while coordinating with the in-house Doctor and counselor to prevent client attrition.
3. Ensure package execution within validity periods as per devised packages.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups on break visits to minimize unexecuted packages.
5. Plan in-house events to keep clients motivated for regular visitation.
6. Motivate and delegate responsibility to all Aesthetic staff members.
7. Maintain the duty roster of Doctors and Therapists.
8. Conduct regular meetings with staff to address grievances and gather suggestions for improvement.
9. Ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness in staff areas, machines, and the Aesthetic section.

Terms: No standard leave policy; only week offs available (weekday rotation Monday-Friday). Requires a two-year commitment expecting long-term association with us.
