Roles and Responsibilities
Position: AEM UI developer / Frontend developer.
Experience criteria: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Required Skills:
- AEM (Components using Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, Templates, Clientlibs).
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.
- Node, NPM, Webpack.
Technical experience:
- Design and develop components and templates in AEM.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus).
- Detailed Knowledge of ES6, JavaScript, Sightly, Client-side libraries, and React framework for building UIs.
- Experience with Node, NPM, webpack.
- Design Specification Development Unit Testing.
- Adherence to Software development standards.
- Agile methodologies.
- Experience with GitHub or similar repository management tools and Jira.
- Understanding of accessibility, performance, and technical SEO best practices implemented in code.
Soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in globally dispersed scrum teams.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.
- Collaboration and engagement skills.
- Large scale web application delivery experience.
- Working with Communications, Marketing, or Design Teams.
- Adaptability, goal orientation, and innovation.
- Firm grasp of responsive design and mobile application design.
