AEM Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our digital experience engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based enterprise web applications and digital content solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Build and customize AEM Components, Templates, Workflows, Dialogs, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Work with Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Felix.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support deployment across environments.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• AEM Development: Sites, Assets, Workflows, Templates & Components.
• Languages/Frameworks: Java, J2EE, Servlets, OOP concepts.
• AEM Frameworks: Sling, OSGi, JCR Repository.
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Web Services.
• Tools/Processes: Maven, Git, CI/CD pipelines; Application Servers like Tomcat and JBoss.

Preferred Skills

• AEM Cloud Service experience.
• Dispatcher configuration knowledge.
• Adobe Analytics / Target integrations.
• DevOps/cloud environment exposure.
• Frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
