Advisory Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Software Engineer - Golang to design and develop cloud-based SaaS offerings for small and medium-sized customers. You will lead the development of scalable, reliable platforms while collaborating with architects, UX experts, product managers, and developers in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build highly scalable, extensible, maintainable cloud solutions using Golang (GoLang).
• Mentor team members to enhance overall performance within a continuous integration/delivery workflow.
• Create clean, modular, testable code adhering to enterprise standards.
• Apply new technologies to gain competitive advantages for our business units.

Technical Requirements

• Core Skills: 2+ years with Golang; deep understanding of microservices architecture and implementation.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, writing complex queries, and optimization (e.g., MySql).
• Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RKT, and AWS Cloud services; exposure to migration projects is preferred.
• DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD systems like Gitlab, Jenkins.
• Front-end (Plus): Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Integration: Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST), Middleware/Data Power/MQ, and ERP systems like SAP/SFDC.
