Ads Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Ads Specialist to join our growing Performance Marketing team at Alviras Solutions in Noida, India. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to support the execution and optimization of paid campaigns for eCommerce brands across global markets.

What you'll be doing

• Optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Support daily monitoring to drive traffic, conversions, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven optimizations for revenue and ROAS growth.
• Ensure accurate tracking setup using tools like Google Tag Manager and manage conversion attribution basics.
• Create effective campaign structures, define audience segments, and test creative assets across platforms.
• Execute A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and strategies to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid media with a strong focus on Meta Ads and eCommerce/shopping campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center; exposure to TikTok/Pinterest is a plus.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPM, ROAS) and analytical skills to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Cross-cultural experience handling international Ad accounts and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
