Activity Incharge

PEWSPL Parekh E-Com & Warehousing Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Activity Incharge for its warehouse operations in Makali, Bengaluru. This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, ideally within B2B Agro industry operations in a 3PL setup.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, order processing, inventory management, and dispatch. The role involves overseeing B2B and 3PL warehouse operations for clients in the paints and chemicals industry, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance. Candidates will be responsible for transportation coordination, POD and e-way bill management, and implementing effective inventory control systems using SAP (billing and inventory modules) and Advanced MS Excel. Driving operational efficiency through process improvement, cost optimization, and lean warehousing practices is essential. The role also entails ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations, leading a team of warehouse staff, and establishing/monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reporting to senior management and clients, acting as a client point of contact, and coordinating with supply chain and logistics partners for on-time delivery and optimal stock levels are also crucial. Support for continuous improvement projects, including warehouse automation and digitization, is expected.

Educational qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proficiency in SAP billing and inventory modules and strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel are required. Proven leadership skills, client relationship management, and excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
