Accounts Receivable Caller - Noida & Pune (Work from Office)

R Systems International is seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Caller to join our team in Noida and Pune. This is a full-time, work-from-office position with a 5-day work week and transportation support up to 30 km. The role involves working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Management: Proactively follow up on outstanding claims to reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) days and efficiently resolve claim issues.
• Denial Management: Analyze claim denials, identify root causes, correct errors, and re-submit claims for timely processing and payment.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders regarding claim status, denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies.
• Account Follow-up: Regularly monitor and review AR aging reports to identify and prioritize unpaid claims for focused follow-up.
• Documentation: Accurately record all communications, actions taken, and status updates for patient accounts within company software systems.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all applicable US healthcare regulations during all job functions and interactions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management detailing claims status, denial trends, and collection achievements.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Claims Follow-up, or Denial Management within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using company software for account management and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with night shifts and a 5-day work week.
