Accounts Payable Support

Fastenal, a Fortune 500 industrial and construction supply distributor, is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Support professional for its Winona, MN location. This role involves efficiently processing supplier invoices, managing supplier relationships, and resolving matching issues promptly. Key responsibilities include maintaining supplier accounts, monitoring invoice exceptions, verifying electronic invoices, processing supplier credits, and reviewing supplier statements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
