Accounts Payable Analyst - Kolkata
Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for managing the accounts payable function and ensuring efficient payment processing.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Managing accounts payable and payment processing cycles.
- Generating reports and performing analytics to support financial operations.
- Utilizing ERP systems such as SAP, VIM, or Oracle.
- Applying knowledge of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations (GST & TDS).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
- Commerce Graduate with a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting.
- Educational background including B. Com (Hons), M.COM, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or ICWA Inter is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience within Indian industries such as manufacturing, retail, or technology.
- A focus on automation and AI-driven solutions is advantageous.
