Account Supervisor

We are seeking an Account Supervisor in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to lead significant client initiatives. This role involves cultivating and managing strong client relationships, ensuring client success, and contributing to the agency's growth. You will be instrumental in understanding client businesses deeply, shaping briefs and business plans, providing strategic oversight on creative concepts, and ensuring communication plans effectively amplify ideas. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional meetings, managing complex projects with an eye on resourcing and profitability, developing scopes of work and change orders, and leveraging hands-on production experience across various media (video, print, OOH, in-store, digital, broadcast) to guide timelines, budgets, and execution. You will maintain detailed project documentation for forecasting and invoicing, meticulously review all deliverables for accuracy and strategic alignment, and proactively mitigate risks. Ownership of meeting agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups is essential.
