Platinum Executive Search is seeking a dynamic Account Manager – Safety & Personnel Services to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario. This pivotal role involves driving business development, managing key client accounts, and fostering strong collaborations with our operations and recruitment departments. You will be instrumental in expanding our safety and personnel services offerings, ensuring clients receive dependable, safety-driven solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell NATT’s comprehensive suite of services, including confined space rescue, industrial safety, training, and personnel staffing.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing client accounts.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client operations, potential job site hazards, specific safety requirements, and critical staffing needs.
- Conduct on-site visits to accurately assess risks, define service requirements, and evaluate workforce demands.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure the seamless delivery of personnel and services that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present precise quotes, proposals, and service agreements in a timely manner.
- Meticulously track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progression using our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales and growth targets.
- Actively participate in safety meetings, job kick-off sessions, client planning meetings, and relevant industry events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing NATT Safety Services as a trusted partner for safety and workforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, with a preference for backgrounds in safety services, staffing, recruitment, construction, mining, or industrial sectors.
- A solid background or working knowledge of confined space work, industrial safety practices, and typical job site environments is essential.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards such as OHSA, WSIB, and Ministry of Labour guidelines is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills are a must.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven with an unwavering commitment to safety.
- The ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to client sites are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment or workforce placement is considered a significant asset.
