About the Swiggy Dineout Team: Swiggy Dineout is rapidly developing India's largest dining out platform. We currently process over 100 million diner visits for our network of 21,000 partner restaurants across 34 cities, with continuous expansion. Our mission is to enhance consumer convenience by offering a diverse range of restaurant exploration options, from QSRs and cafes to casual, premium, and fine dining establishments. Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard and cultivate relationships with 70-80 partner accounts within a designated territory. The goal is to drive the growth of the Dine-out business and its service offerings, aiming to generate 80-90 lacs in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) per month. Specific partner and revenue targets will be assigned based on assigned market segments (India 1 and India 2) and geographical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account & Partner Relationship Management: Onboard new accounts by clearly communicating requirements to partners and coordinating with internal teams. Conduct regular meetings with existing partners to ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage. Deliver persuasive presentations on the advantages of Dine Out plans and promotions to drive month-on-month growth and secure consistent partner investment. Execute growth initiatives, including offer and marketing alignments, to ensure successful event launches. Resolve partner issues, such as diner denied payouts, to ensure smooth transactions for both customers and partners. Develop growth strategies for each managed account and gather competitor insights.
- Data Interpretation & Business Performance Management: Utilize data from the Restaurant-facing dashboard to identify relevant metrics and explain key performance indicators to partners. Seek partner support to optimize RDP presentation for increased conversions and business growth. Monitor partner investments with competitors through on-site observations, conversations with partners and competitor sales teams, and feedback from delivery personnel. Ensure partner investments in discounts, commissions, and advertisements are competitive or superior by presenting dashboard inferences and highlighting benefits to the partner.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with partner support teams for RDP changes and discount adjustments, sales operations for competitive data and festival-related information, and the finance team for payout reconciliation, GST queries, and uncredited amounts.
Functional Competencies:
- Thorough understanding of Dine Out offerings and growth levers.
- Familiarity with key metrics such as operating hours, Ads Revenue Per Order (Ads RPO), and Commission Revenue Per Order, including its components like Average Order Value (AOV).
- Proficiency with data dashboard elements (e.g., CMS, Power BI, Compass, Salesmate).
- Advanced understanding of the Conversion Funnel, including weekly/monthly/daily transaction analysis across accounts, denial rates, and supply metrics compared to competition.
Desired Skills:
- Graduate with 1.5-3 years of field sales experience.
- Fluent in the local language with working knowledge of English.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels.
- Confident, personable, and results-oriented.
