Account Manager

Studio Mosaic in Delhi, India, is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive growth for mobile apps. This role involves end-to-end client growth management, integrating marketing strategy, product recommendations, and business insights to achieve measurable results. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies encompassing ASO, paid acquisition, monetization, and retention. You will collaborate with founders, product leads, and CMOs, and provide product-level growth consulting on onboarding, paywalls, in-app conversions, and funnel analysis. Key performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV will be analyzed and optimized. This role requires close collaboration with internal UA, ASO, and Creative teams, as well as performance marketing specialists for campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, and Data Studio is essential for deriving insights. Regular client communication, including weekly syncs and monthly reviews, to present results and future strategies is a core part of the role. We are looking for individuals with 1-4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consulting, possessing a strong analytical and data-first mindset, and excellent communication skills.
