This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact a company's Profit and Loss (P&L) by millions of dollars per customer, with provable results.

The Business:

  • Secured $100M in funding.
  • Achieved £15M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), growing from £1M in just 2 years.
  • Maintained zero sales attrition.
  • Average sales representative attainment of 110%.
  • Customers, such as Popeyes, are realizing 4% labor cost reductions without negatively impacting Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • These are board-level achievements, not just product features.

The Role:

  • Own a specific vertical of highly targeted Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
  • Sell multi-year deals ranging from £100K to £500K, with a sales cycle of 3-5 months.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from £140K to £200K, plus equity and quarterly accelerators.
  • Top performers are earning £600K to £800K.
  • Realistic first-year target: £300K+.
