Full Job Description

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to spearhead our expansion into the German market for a PE-backed, rapidly scaling MarTech SaaS business. This is a full-cycle, enterprise-focused hunter role with significant autonomy, perfect for an individual who thrives on generating momentum. You will be responsible for selling our enterprise platform to global marketing and brand teams, with existing major brand clients. The role involves significant deal sizes (average contract value circa £60k ARR) and a ramped quota of £700k, with a healthy pipeline of late-stage opportunities. Success in the first year will involve building consistent pipeline, closing enterprise logos, and contributing to the scaling of our go-to-market strategy.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven SaaS closing experience with end-to-end territory ownership (deals ranging from £40-100k).
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, Creative Tech, Digital Media, or related enterprise technology.
  • Proficiency in self-sourcing pipeline and managing full sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to marketing, brand, or digital decision-makers.
  • Commercially astute, autonomous, and comfortable with building processes.
  • Fluent in German, ideally native or bilingual (C2 level).
