Data & Analytics Practice (Accordion | Data & Analytics):
The Data & Analytics (D&A) practice in India delivers state-of-the-art, intelligent solutions to a global clientele. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Role Overview:
The Managing Director – Global Delivery will be instrumental in building and operating Accordion’s global delivery backbone from India, encompassing all Super Practices, including Data & Analytics. This leader will establish the processes, governance, and platforms necessary for scaled delivery, operationalize a best-in-class delivery engine, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across global teams. The role requires close partnership with Practice Leaders and Global Leadership to act as a strategic partner, managing day-to-day operational rhythms and processes to enable a primary focus on D&A delivery growth, with the goal of expanding and replicating this model across multiple capabilities and practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and operationalize Accordion’s global delivery model, scaling cross-geography execution across practices with India as a strategic delivery hub (initially for D&A projects, expanding to other practices as they establish in India).
• Ensure delivery excellence across cross-border engagements, focusing on engagement quality, people & client Net Promoter Score (NPS), and risk mitigation.
• Establish enterprise-grade governance, quality standards, and processes to ensure consistent global client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI across delivery methodologies and collaboration channels, partnering with relevant practice and functional leaders for effective enablement and implementation.
• Manage internal cross-collaboration to facilitate efficient global delivery, coordinating with internal IT and enabling teams on tech infrastructure, tooling, security, and access.
• Mentor and guide senior leadership teams, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with company goals.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Take ownership of company-level initiatives, driving operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and company-wide projects.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the company's overall growth strategy and long-term vision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, analytics/data platforms, or AI-enabled operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary delivery or operations at scale within professional services or a PE-backed environment.
• Proven success in building cross-geography operating models, SOPs, and governance frameworks (e.g., delivery councils, quality gates, playbooks) that enhance speed, quality, and margin.
• Strong partner management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders, translate strategy into execution plans, and achieve results through influence.
• Demonstrated experience with global delivery models, particularly partnering across US/UK/India or similar distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, change leadership, and program management skills, with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.
