Key Responsibilities

• Analyze academic datasets related to enrollment, degree progress, faculty workload, and program performance across multiple University systems.
• Maintain data quality through regular audits, identifying discrepancies while ensuring compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
• Support degree-completion reviews and the graduation officiating process for undergraduate students, including dual degrees and double majors.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership to aid in resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Analyze enrollment trends by credit-hour activity and compile faculty workload data for institutional reporting.
