SAP ABAP Developer (GRC) - Process Control

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused ABAP Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, India. You will be instrumental in developing and sustaining great software, focusing on the user experience and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and takes pride in building and running terrific products seamlessly for SAP's global customers.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of providing solutions to customer problems reported within your designated components.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from initial design and development through to deployment.
• Contribute to and lead all aspects of the development process, including continuous innovation, bug fixing, stakeholder alignment, architectural design, implementation, rigorous testing to meet quality criteria, and efficient processes to deliver optimal solutions.
• Maintain agility and respond positively to change.
• Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset, focusing on security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives in collaboration with engineering program management.
• Engage in modeling, design, implementation, and testing based on SAP’s established programming models and processes.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in the full software development lifecycle, encompassing design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 4-6 years of overall professional experience.
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and experience with development processes that include regular code reviews.
• Excellent analytical skills and an awareness of the rapidly evolving IT landscape.
• Confidence in suggesting new and innovative approaches to achieving product features.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Technical Skills

• Excellent programming skills and hands-on experience with ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS, OData, HANA UI5, Fiori Elements, BOPF, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with SAP development-related tools.
