Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Ab Initio Developer to join our esteemed data engineering team in Bengaluru. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex ETL solutions using the Ab Initio platform, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading for our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated ETL processes using Ab Initio, including GDE, Conduct>It, and EME.
- Building and optimizing Ab Initio graphs to handle large datasets efficiently.
- Collaborating with data analysts and business stakeholders to define and refine data requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in data pipelines to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle.
- Maintaining and improving existing ETL solutions for scalability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Ab Initio development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio platform, SQL, and database technologies (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server). Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Preferred: Experience with Ab Initio Express>It, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and integration with other data tools.
