Innovaccer is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer II with a Full Stack focus for their Noida, Uttar Pradesh office. As an integral part of the engineering team, you will contribute to accelerating customer success by transforming complex challenges into innovative solutions. In this role, you will tackle the intricate challenges within healthcare technology by leveraging vast amounts of data to build algorithms for personalized patient treatments, based on clinical and behavioral history. You will be instrumental in defining and constructing the next generation of predictive analytics tools for the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will include designing and leading AI initiatives to enhance patient health and wellness, collaborating with business leaders and customers to understand and address pain points with large-scale solutions, and breaking down complex business problems into machine learning challenges.

You will also work closely with the data platform team to integrate AI capabilities and algorithms into their products and workflows. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with development teams to build tools that automate and accelerate the development cycle through repeatable data tasks.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in API development using Python, Scala, or Node.js.
• Expertise in frontend technologies such as JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Extensive experience with Python for enterprise platforms, optimization, and API integrations (FastAPI/Django).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), including frameworks like CrewAI, Langchain, or Autogen.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB or FAISS.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Snowflake, and experience in the healthcare domain.

Preferred Skills:

• Python: Building highly scalable and performant applications.
• LLM: Deep experience in working with and fine-tuning LLM Models.
• Reinforcement Learning and MAS.
• Vector Databases.
