We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Hyderabad or Vijayawada. This is a full-time, work-from-office position for experienced professionals.

As a UI/UX Developer, you will be instrumental in the design and development of user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless, intuitive user experiences that meet the needs of local state agencies and adhere to state regulations and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user personas and journey maps, creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, and performing usability testing. You will implement pixel-perfect UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, leveraging frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensuring WCAG 2.2 compliance and developing responsive, cross-browser compatible designs are critical. You will also develop reusable UI components and contribute to design systems, while collaborating effectively within an Agile Scrum team and with back-end developers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Developer, with strong skills in UX design tools, front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js), and a deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, version control systems (Git), and user-centered design principles is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Experience with government or public sector projects is a significant advantage.

Additional desirable skills include experience in design system development, advanced front-end framework expertise, familiarity with Agile project management tools like JIRA, and experience with cloud technologies such as AWS.
