About the Role

This internship program for developing young professionals invites future talent to use analytics and research to identify business problems. As an intern in Service Analytics & Insights, you will develop projects that enhance processes, systems, functions, products, or services across Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create moderate to complex data-driven project deliverables impacting one or more business units.
• Analyze information and research materials to identify problems and offer recommendations for solutions.
• Support leaders in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of BCBSM's business, products, programs, data, structure, and controls.
• Evaluate business goals, objectives, and needs within the organization.
