About the Role

Strive4X Infotech Private Limited is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer for full-time work from their office in Pune. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role Overview

We seek an experienced DevSecOps Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Security, DevSecOps strategy, security architecture, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling DevSecOps programs, securing large-scale AWS environments, and leading security engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Operations: Define and implement DevSecOps strategy, security roadmaps, and operating models. Lead cloud security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop DevSecOps and Cloud Security engineering teams with 3+ years of technical leadership experience required.
• AWS Architecture: Design secure AWS cloud architectures including multi-account environments, zero-trust security, IAM, network segmentation, and compliance (SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• CICD & Tools: Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, IaC scanning into CI/CD pipelines. Automate security guardrails using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Policy-as-Code.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience with 6+ years in DevSecOps/Cloud Security (AWS Certified Security – Specialty required).
• Strong expertise in AWS security services: GuardDuty, Security Hub, IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, Config, Macie, Inspector, WAF, and Secrets Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Shell scripting, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab).
