🚀 We are Hiring: Data Engineer (5–12 Years)

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Experience: 5-12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 days preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Data Engineers and Senior Data Engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering tools, contributing to our mission of building robust data infrastructure.

Key Skills:

• Python (Strong)
• Advanced SQL
• Airflow/Spark/Kafka
• Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks)
• Data Pipeline ETL/ELT

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Spark, and Kafka.
• Build robust data ingestion solutions from ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
• Implement data quality frameworks, validation rules, and monitoring systems.
• Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with BI Engineers and Data Modelers for seamless data flow.
• Write clean, reusable, and production-grade code following best practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews).

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy).
• Expertise in Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Airflow, Spark, and Kafka.
• Strong exposure to cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-native data services.
• Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Experience integrating data from ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
• Strong knowledge of data quality, validation, and testing frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.).
• Knowledge of Java and enterprise application design patterns.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Exposure to real-time streaming (Kafka Streams, Flink).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines, feature engineering, and model deployment.
