Position Summary
We are recruiting skilled L1 Technical Support Engineers to deliver first-line support within a large-scale Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) environment. This is a specialized cybersecurity role, distinct from generic helpdesk positions.
About the Role
- Troubleshoot access issues, endpoint connectivity problems, and authentication failures in ZTNA environments.
- Manage user onboarding requests while ensuring strict SLA compliance.
- Provide support for remote workforce connectivity incidents via VPN/Secure Remote Access solutions.
Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience supporting:
- ZTNA Solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope)
- Endpoint Security Platforms and EDR tools
- Enterprise Security Products and IAM Technologies
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Windows OS troubleshooting & Basic Linux Command Line
- TCP/IP Fundamentals, DNS, and Networking Diagnostics
- User Authentication Troubleshooting (MFA)
