We are seeking a Website Manager who is a quick learner to take ownership of managing our company's websites, with a primary focus on curating and publishing content.
Following a few months of experience, the selected candidate will be promoted to a growth/pre-sales manager role. This role will involve driving business expansion, identifying potential lead regions, and analyzing customer behavior and business requirements to guide the tech team in project development and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Create and design digital assets and web pages for our two websites, coordinating with the in-house team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and analyze emerging business trends relevant to the company's domain expertise. Curate content for new articles, blogs, and portfolios, publishing them on websites and other platforms.
- Utilize social media to promote new articles, blogs, and portfolios, generating organic website traffic.
- Grow website traffic and leads by optimizing content (SEO) and leveraging trends; primary SEO knowledge is sufficient.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic and user growth.
- Plan and implement website enhancements and expansion, including coordinating with developers for building web pages, identifying bugs, and facilitating system upgrades.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, domain analysis, or technical content writing, with knowledge of software languages.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc CS/IT) is required.
- A passion for the e-commerce/internet industry is required.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
