About the Role

As a Senior Website Developer, you will leverage modern front-end technologies, including Next.js and Tailwind CSS, to build and maintain responsive web pages. You will work closely with UI development best practices and utilize Builder.io for streamlined content management. This is a full-time opportunity to shape the digital presence of an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and the Next.js framework.
• Develop and maintain reusable Next.js and Builder.io components for efficient content management.
• Build and manage pages within the Builder.io CMS, ensuring visual fidelity and smooth authoring.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, content strategists, and fellow developers to achieve design accuracy and optimal performance.
• Optimize web pages for speed, accessibility, and adherence to SEO best practices.
• Provide support for WordPress website management and updates as required.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a clean, scalable codebase.
• Track and manage tasks using Asana and JIRA, utilizing GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.
• Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS with a focus on meticulous design accuracy.
• Experience with Builder.io CMS for component-based content management.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with WordPress for content updates and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows, including branching, pull requests, and versioning.
• Experience working in Agile environments using project management tools like Asana or JIRA.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to crafting high-quality, maintainable code.

• Experience integrating APIs, marketing tools, or analytics platforms.
