Web Developer

About the Role

As a Web Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and testing dynamic web-based applications and managing various site components. Your responsibilities will include editing website content, meticulously documenting technical designs and specifications, and actively researching and integrating updated content to ensure websites are current and engaging. A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to ensure web applications are not only functional and visually appealing but also adhere to the latest web standards and technologies, meeting organizational and user needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to immediate team challenges and across multiple departments.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge growth.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance web application performance and user experience.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) is essential.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Familiarity with back-end development principles and database management.
• Proven ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) is a prerequisite.
• This position is based in our Pune office.
• Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
