Vendor Onboarding Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
• Develop and maintain vendor profiles, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, specifically 1099 and 1042 requirements.
• Review and validate W-9 forms and other tax-related documents.
• Maintain organized records of vendor information and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with tax and legal departments to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of onboarding procedures.
• Generate and analyze reports related to vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management.
