Full Job Description
URBN is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control/Quality Audit Clerk to join their team in Kansas City, KS. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily cycle counts of garments, achieving target units per hour (UPH) set by the supervisor, and performing triggered cycle counts as needed. The clerk will be responsible for product alignment within the distribution center, including labeling, and conducting general inventory research. This position also involves processing damaged goods, adhering to efficient production procedures, and providing support to other departments when required. The role may involve additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment.
- Perform daily cycle counts of garments.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets (UPH).
- Execute triggered cycle counts.
- Ensure accurate product alignment and labeling.
- Conduct inventory research and investigate discrepancies.
- Process and document damaged inventory.
- Implement and adhere to efficient production methods.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
