UI/UX Developer Role at Bizupon in Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Bizupon is seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and highly functional solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Manage all design phases including wireframing, storyboarding, user flows, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Support user research through interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and understand user behavior.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and developers.
• Visual Consistency: Create clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user flows, and final UI designs is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• UX Thinking: A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Visual Design: Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and current UI trends.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
