Job Title: UI Web Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a UI Web Developer with at least 1 year of experience to craft structured and consistent user interfaces for enterprise web applications. This role emphasizes the development of form-based screens, reusable layouts, and the precise implementation of wireframes and mockups using clean HTML and CSS. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming requirements into well-aligned, maintainable UI screens.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate basic wireframes and UI mockups from project requirements.
• Conduct independent research to propose practical layout structures before finalizing mockups.
• Recommend improvements for field grouping, label alignment, and section layouts.
• Translate approved wireframes and mockups into functional HTML/CSS UI screens.
• Develop consistent form layouts with accurate label and field alignment.
• Implement interactive elements such as tooltips, validation messages, and field states.
• Adhere to common layout and spacing patterns across all application screens.
• Prioritize the reuse of CSS classes and UI components over page-specific styling.
• Ensure and maintain UI alignment, spacing, and overall visual consistency.
• Integrate basic UI interactions using JavaScript.
• Address and fix UI issues identified during review and QA testing.

Required Skills

• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Solid hands-on experience with:
• Form layouts and styling techniques.
• Implementing layouts using Flexbox and/or CSS Grid.
• Fundamentals of responsive UI design.
• Basic JavaScript for managing UI behaviors (e.g., tooltips, show/hide functionality, field states).
• Proven experience in converting designs into functional user interfaces.
• Good understanding of cross-browser UI compatibility.

Wireframe & Mockup Skills

• Capability to create simple wireframes for form-centric screens.
• Ability to prepare basic UI mockups prior to development.
• Proficiency in conducting basic layout research and suggesting structural enhancements for high-level requirements.
• Understanding of field grouping, label alignment, and optimal placement of help and error messages.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

• Prior experience with enterprise or business applications like ERP, EMS, MES, admin panels, or workflow systems.
• Experience developing and utilizing reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with UI standards or established design systems.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
