UI/UX Developer at Credable in Noida

Credable is seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to join their team in Noida. This role involves leading the development of responsive and interactive web interfaces, translating complex designs into pixel-perfect implementations, and building scalable styling architectures. You will work with semantic HTML5, modular CSS3, CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS, and frameworks such as Tailwind and Bootstrap. The position requires strong JavaScript fundamentals for dynamic behaviors and a commitment to best practices in cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design. Collaboration with design, product, and backend engineering teams is essential, as is guiding junior developers. You will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, particularly for Angular SPAs, and proactively optimize UI performance. A focus on clean, well-documented, and reusable code is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of responsive and interactive web interfaces using semantic HTML5 and modular CSS3.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Sketch into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Develop scalable and maintainable styling architecture using CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
• Implement dynamic behaviors using vanilla JavaScript and libraries such as jQuery where appropriate.
• Champion best practices for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend engineering teams to define and refine requirements and deliverables.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and peers through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, particularly for SPAs built using Angular.
• Proactively identify UI performance bottlenecks and optimize rendering and load times.
• Advocate for clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and core JavaScript, with a focus on responsiveness and interactivity.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including DOM manipulation and event handling.
• Strong visual and design sensibilities, with the ability to faithfully translate high-fidelity designs into code.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile teams and on Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular, ReactJS, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and working with design files from tools like Figma or Sketch.
• A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to backend technologies such as PHP, ASP.NET, Python, or CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Familiarity with querying tools and languages such as SQL or Presto.
