Territory Manager

Your primary focus will be on directly engaging Orthodontists and General Dentists, guiding them in the adoption of digital solutions and the optimization of their business processes. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry insights and a consultative approach to help clients understand their market, challenge them to modernize, and assist in integrating digital technology and refining office workflows. Your role involves managing a defined geographic territory of dental professionals, fostering business growth, and onboarding new high-potential accounts. This includes developing and executing comprehensive territory and account plans, utilizing data analytics to support customer decision-making, and educating practices on the clinical aspects of Invisalign and iTero products and services. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to understanding diverse business needs and articulating the value of Align's product and digital platform offerings.
