Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team in Palm Bay, FL. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base by forging strong relationships with contractors and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through strategic sales and dedicated support. You will be responsible for full sales cycle execution, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Promptly respond to inbound leads, manage your territory effectively, and identify new business development opportunities. Educate prospective and existing clients on how EquipmentShare's comprehensive jobsite solutions can save them money, increase profitability, and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, keeping them informed about new offerings and ensuring their continued satisfaction. Conduct impactful sales presentations and develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and improve the customer experience. You will also manage and support job site activities, potentially involving remote and on-site involvement, and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed.
