Technical Support Representative - Security Analyst at IBM in Bengaluru

IBM is seeking a Technical Support Representative with a Security Analyst focus to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves providing L1 technical support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specifically focusing on Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 technical support for PIM/PAM and access management products.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Single Sign-On (SSO), including user authentication, password rotation, server mapping, privileged ID management, authorization, audit logs, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Utilize knowledge of application protocols such as SAML, SWA, OpenID/OAuth for SSO.
• Leverage knowledge of programming languages like Java, VBScript, or Powershell.
• Perform daily health checks on operational IAM products.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand out-of-the-box reports.
• Resolve incidents and service requests related to IAM issues.
• Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related problems.
• Be prepared to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in PIM/PAM.
• Hands-on experience with IAM products such as Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM-related issues with end-users.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good to have knowledge of any access management products like Okta or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge on any programming languages (Java/VBScript/Powershell etc.).
