About the Job:
Technical Leadership (Architect / Tech Lead) – Interview Panelist
Status: Are you legally eligible to work where you live? We are not able to sponsor VISAs. Resume must be in English
Availability & Engagement: Part-time, on-demand, remote. Must be available for a minimum of 1 interview per business day during EST business hours (6:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
Compensation: $25 per completed interview (45–60 minutes + report). Ongoing engagement opportunity based on performance
Role Summary: Conduct senior-level interviews evaluating system design, technical leadership, and architectural strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess large-scale system design and architecture trade-offs
- Evaluate technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration
- Provide structured scoring with justification
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years engineering experience
- Prior experience as Architect or Tech Lead
- Experience designing enterprise-scale systems
- Prior senior-level interviewing preferred
Engagement & Compensation: Part-time, remote, on-demand. Minimum 1 interview/day, EST hours
