Greetings from Tesslogs! We are seeking an experienced SCM Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Supply Chain Management domain. This role is for a client, IBM, with Shell as the end-client. Immediate availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver SCM solutions
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Support system configuration, enhancements, and integrations
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Create BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, and process flow documentation
- Participate in UAT, test case preparation, and validation
- Ensure data integrity and support reporting/analytics requirements
- Assist in system implementation, upgrades, and support activities
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst in SCM domain
- Strong knowledge of SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Order Management, Planning
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics or similar)
- Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis
- Experience in system integrations (APIs, EDI, middleware)
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SCM reporting tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Knowledge of data migration and master data management
- Exposure to cloud-based SCM platforms
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP / PMI-PBA) preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / IT / Business Administration. MBA (Supply Chain) is a plus.
