Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a prominent national law firm, is actively seeking a skilled attorney to join its esteemed Technology Transactions and Data Security and Privacy practice group. This pivotal role will focus on complex, international privacy matters, demanding proven experience in data security and privacy compliance, privacy technology solutions, and adept incident response strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general tech transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in data security and privacy, encompassing compliance, privacy technology, and incident response.
• Demonstrated experience in general tech transactions.
• Exceptional writing and drafting abilities are paramount.
• This position reports to a Partner in our Connecticut office. However, we welcome highly responsive and self-motivated candidates to work remotely from any location within the United States.
