We are seeking a motivated Tax-Exempt Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strong client and advisor relationships, manage a dedicated caseload of 401(k) and other retirement plans, and deliver exceptional client service. This full-time, remote role offers the opportunity to consult with clients on plan operation and design, collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless client experiences, and stay abreast of industry changes. Responsibilities include performing required non-discrimination testing and preparing government forms such as Form 5500, all in adherence to Nova's policies and procedures.
