Talent Optimization Analyst (1 year contract)

As a Talent Performance Analyst (contract), you'll play a crucial role in measuring, tracking, and reporting performance within the Talent organization at Sanofi in Hyderabad. You will work closely with the Talent Optimization Lead to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, refine, and operationalize performance metrics in collaboration with the Talent Optimization Lead.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards for real-time visibility into Talent program outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights for course correction.
• Ensure data integrity and readiness for leadership review.
• Synthesize data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Co-develop performance summaries and trend analyses.
• Prepare evidence-based narratives for reviews.
• Maintain a regular cadence of performance reporting.
• Track execution risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Talent organization.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability.

• Experience in HR operations, finance, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools.
