EY is seeking a Talent Consultant to join their team in Gurgaon, HR, India.
About the Role
As a Talent Consultant at EY, you will be a key point of contact for employees, managers, and business unit leadership, focusing on talent-related matters. You will drive engagement, workforce capability, and talent management initiatives. This role requires collaboration, influence, and the ability to execute HR programs such as Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing and delivering engagement frameworks.
- Provide support to business leaders and counselors in the implementation of engagement initiatives.
- Anticipate and address issues within the business unit.
- Provide insights on people issues, particularly ER cases.
- Ensure effective people management and development.
- Execute innovative HR programs.
- Ensure resolution of HR-related issues.
- Facilitate change and support special projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Ability to engage and influence others.
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
- Strong Employee Relations experience.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and build consensus.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline (desirable).
- 6-8 years of HR generalist experience.
- Relevant experience in delivering/managing talent initiatives.

- Experience in a consulting organization or professional services environment.
- Experience working in a cross-border, virtual environment.
