This pivotal role involves managing recruitment for critical strategic initiatives and emerging technologies, including those requiring skill sets new to Lenovo. The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee recruitment activities for Worldwide Corporate Functions and the Intelligent Device Group. Additionally, they will spearhead and manage special projects for the North America Talent Acquisition organization and business-directed initiatives. Proactive candidate sourcing will be a key function, utilizing diverse methods such as internet resources, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting. This role requires creating and negotiating complex offers, potentially involving intricate compensation structures, long-term incentives, relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship. Collaboration with international HR Business Partners to provide guidance on the North America hiring process, managing relationships with hiring managers and teams across various global regions, and participating in after-hours calls to accommodate international stakeholders are essential. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also engage with HR Partners and business leaders on global workforce planning and headcount tracking.
