Systems Integration and Implementation Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a System Integration Specialist to manage firmware upgrades, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams. This role requires technical proficiency, curiosity about business processes, and a commitment to project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Firmware Upgrades: Manage and apply firmware updates; coordinate with vendors.
• Master-Slave Systems: Troubleshoot face registration systems for workmen tracking. Investigate past issues, cybersecurity risks, and firewall configurations.
• IT Coordination: Collaborate with central IT teams to resolve system errors and code issues.
• Network Sync Analysis: Identify sync delays and their causes. Monitor data synchronization times.
• Data Analysis: Review system data to improve performance and reliability.
• Vendor Agnostic Approach: Work without bias, focusing on business needs.
• IT & Business Learning: Proactively learn business processes and apply IT knowledge.
• Project Compliance: Ensure system activities align with project standards and regulations.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of system design and integration.
• Experience with firmware management and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewall settings, and cybersecurity basics.
• Ability to analyze sync delays, error codes, and system logs.
• Familiarity with face recognition systems or biometric setups.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Interest in learning business operations.
• Understanding of project documentation and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to biometric systems or IoT integrations.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell, etc.).
• Familiarity with vendor-neutral platforms and tools.
